Live Connected makes it easy for you to connect on the move with people. We started with a clean slate and asked.

   One of things we passionately wanted to avoid was making you listen to this: “your call is important to us, you are 10^th in queue”. Call Centres are antiques that deserve to be in a museum.

   Our goal with customer service is to put you in control. We do this by:

OK, we are probably a while away from this one, unfortunately we still get a bill from Optus each month and we have to keep the lights on. However we have done the next best thing. we have stripped every bit of cost we could find and in turn lowered the price.
