4,000 minutes of talk is huge. To put 4,000 minutes in "Cap Speak" its like having an allowance of $4,000 just for Talk.
Compared to other guys our FULL 4,000 minutes of talk can be used on:
  • 13, 1300 numbers
  • 1800 numbers
Some of the other guys:
  • Either don't include 13, 1300, 1800 numbers and charge you in addition to your monthly fee, or
  • Only give you a limited amount of credit for 13,1300,1800 calls.

Our Zen series plan includes upto $40 worth of International Calls whilst most others do not.
So for the occasional call, when you just don't have Skype or International calling card handy, this is perfect.

Our 5 GB Data is billed per KB NOT per session - so its perfect for Smartphone users

Some of the other guys:
  • Bill data by sessions - with some having minimum sessions as high as a MB. (That means even if all you used in that session was 1 KB you will still be charged for 1 MB)

What's the big deal about KB billing versus per MB session billing?
Simple, if you've got a smartphone - like an iPhone, Android, Windows - you're going to find you're going through your data allowance a lot faster than you really are.
And the faster you go through the data, the quicker and much more likely you are to hit excess data charges.

Here's a quick example.
If you've got your iPhone set to check for email every 15 minutes, chances are each time your iPhone checks to see whether there's a new email - you've just "used" up 1 MB.
So in a day your iPhone would use up 96MB, even if you didn't download a single email.
In a month simply checking to see if you had email, would have used up 2.88 GB of your allowance.

Zen (Series I) plans have 5 allowances that work concurrently. These are:
  • Minutes of Talk
  • Unlimited Text
  • Included Data
  • Unlimited Social Networking
  • International Calls
Because the allowances work concurrently, unlike some other plans you don't need to use up all of your allowance on one box before you get the other.

Some important things to remember:
  • If you exceed the usage on one of the box's allowances, the excess cannot be put into another box. For example if you exceed the included data allowance, the excess will be charged on top of your plan access fee. 
  • If you exceed the included value in any one billing period the standard rates of your plan will apply.
