What is Pro Rata Billing

Your first bill is likely to contain a Pro Rata amount. As you have not been with us for a complete month when your first bill is issued, you are only charged for the access fees for the portion of the month you are with us.  This means that the cap allowance given is also a Pro Rata amount as well.

1.       For example, with an Apollo 20 Cap joined halfway through the month:

·         Your access fee will be $10.00

·         Your cap allowance will be; $150.00 talk & text, 150MB and 500 minutes of Optus ‘free time’

NB:  Your first bill will contain 2 access fee components:

·         The pro rata access fee

·         Access fee for the month ahead
