Why is my cap credit lower than my cap allowance?

On your bill it is possible for your cap credit to appear lower than your cap allowance.

1.       If your bill displays a lower cap credit than what your allowance should be, then there are three possible reasons for this:

·         Capped Credit as displayed on your statement is always exclusive of GST, therefore a $300.00 Cap allowance will be displayed as a maximum of $272.73

·         Your talk and text usage was below your cap allowance.  The credit given is always the minimum of either the included talk & text OR the maximum cap allowance

·         Pro Rata (please see our separate solutions on pro rata and your first bill)
